Stimeak looped through the air and cackled "If you were any kind of warrior you would go in and kill them yourself. Why the massive army?"

"Because not even I can kill an army of Gold Dragons by myself," Valroz growled. "If you had a brain, maybe you'd know something like that."

Stimeak spun around a single ball of lightning zipping down and annihilateing a demon nearby valorz. he crowed out "I never said you had to fight the army, just ask for the two of them in honour combat, if they refuse. THEN you bring in your army AND you have the honour advantage. meaning their morale will be low!"

Unfazed, Valroz growled, "What do you think my first plan was, fool?" The Demons nearest him aimed bows up at the dragon threateningly.

Stimeak laughed loudly and roared "Not my problem what your original plan was! But it sounds like an intresting fight... So I think I'll stick around..."

The air echoed with laughter as Stimeak continued to circle around the demon army below.
Raven looked up at the dragon with suprise. Clearly the elves had tried to wipe the army out with it... They had seemingly failed...

Valroz snorted, and the Demons lowered their weapons. He hissed to Raven, "If he tried anything, make sure he gets put full of arrows." With a bark, he continued on, the army following.

Raven nodded and growled "Yes my lord..." He lowered his bow and slung it over his back, continueing to march with the rest of the demons...

"They have come for you Garroth..." the voice of the Timeless one echoed in Garroth's mind. "But do not worry...they won't last very long..." the voice sounded, a slight chuckle, almost sinister laugh following. The other gold dragons in the vast caverns were calm, knowing exactly what was going to happen, and exactly how it was going to turn out...

Stimeak continued to circle above the army, occasionally flying away and then returning. He found it amuseing that he could be around creatures that he despised so much without them attacking him. He would enjoy watching their destruction. It helped to keep his mind off the annoying voice in the back of his head...

A few Demons gave annoyed glances at the dragon above, but didn't attack. besides, they thought that Valroz would most likely kill him afterwards anyway.

Garroth was with Tranquillus at the time, in alarm he thought the demons would find out the location of the gold dragons. He hoped they hadn't been tracking him again. But the voice of Chronos reassured him. He and Tranquillus were in a massive chamber where a number of Gold Dragons were, or had been chatting. Though, they were calm for some reasons. Even Tranquillus seemed to show a smile. Garroth knew this was unlike anything he had seen before, when the demons had invaded his homeland a year ago the Green Dragons had been on full alert. He knew though that something was going to happen. He suspected Valroz was after him again, especially after the atrocity he had done in the underworld. Valroz must be after him again. "He just never knows when to play quits doesn't he?" He thought to himself. Garroth had so far been coping in the past several weeks in the realm of the Gold Dragons. At first, nobody would speak to him and keep their distance but overtime, some managed to at least cope with his presence. Tranquillus had been over the whole "incident" when Garroth had revealed his true feelings about her, it had taken her a while to recover from it though. However, Garroth and Tranquillus managed to become friends again in the end. Their friendship now stronger than ever before. Now something was very strange. Still if they knew what they were doing then they had something planned. "Relax Garroth, just wait and see." Hissed Tranquillus in her usual calm tone...

Stimeak grinned to himself and looped foreward, drawing his hands in circlur motion. Raven, who had been watching him for awhile instantly recognised the movements, having impersonated a dragon before. The demon leapt into the air, his horns slideing back into his head and his arms growing feathers. He seemed to flow back into shape untill he resembled a cross bewteen a falcon and raven. He flew off as fast as he could away from the army, hearing an un earthly hum sounding from above. Stimeak thrust one of his hands foreward, a spiral of blue enrgy surgeing up his arm. A massive arc of lightning burst foreward and slammed into a portion of the army. It hung there for a second and then the beam broke, a massive explosion ringing out from where it had been aimed, sending demons in all directions. He quickly brought his other hand foreward, a wave of fire searing forth and engulfing the flameing arrows fired at him. He started to twirl around, his hands makeing complicated gestures in the air as he prepared another spell.
The demons that had been surrounding raven moments before were now nothing but dust. He glanced above him, his gaze trailing onto a scarlet mawcaw above him. Its mental presence telling him that it was the other Shape shifter, also fleeing the fight.

Valroz had been farther away from the first attack, giving him time to dodge the rest of them. With a growl, he fired a flaming arrow up at Stimeak. Destpie its accuracy it only grazed the dragon, but it still left a long, blackened scar across his flank.

With a laugh, stimeak completed the spell and claped his hands foreward, a surge of blue energy ripping through the army, freezeing demons in place with unmeltable Ice. He looped foreward swing a clawed hand foreward lazily. White energy painfully sealed the wound from Valorz's arrow. Clouds continued to collect above him, rain falling down onto the flameing demons below...

Valroz hissed as the rain came down. He and the surviving Demons backed off, roaring curses at the dragon. Valroz fired one final shot at Stimeak, before they retreated. The Demon Commander had been denied his prize yet again...

Stimeak hadn't being paying attention and the arrow thwacked into his side painfully. He growled inannoyance and snapped the shaft off with his claw, arcing away from the retreating army. That had been fun. He was tired though, he wasn't used to casting spells without the aid of his gem... He flew back towards the forest to get some rest, searching for a clearing to land in. Raven and the Scarlet Mawcaw flew back after Valorz's army. The Mawcaw got their first and she landed onto Valorz's shoulder, a red ruin burning into forehead showing her idenety. She hissed "Want me to go find reinforcements?" Raven flew around the demon lord, still watching the skies incase the dragon returned...

Valroz grabbed the Shape Shifter in one massive hand and barked, "Get some, or so help me, I'll pluck every feather from you and roast you in my own flames!" He let go of the Demon and continued on, the flames on his body increasing in intensity from sheer fury once out of the rain.

The Mawcaw took off squaking into the sky and flying away, feathers fluttering to the ground in its wake. Raven suddenly felt thankful that he hadn't decided to offer to get help. The bird twisted round in mid air, transforming back into a demon more similar to the ones around him. He thudded onto the ground and drew a long thick sword, looking at Valorz to see if there was anything that he had to do. Shape shifters were used for alot of jobs within the demon ranks, mostly serveing as spies and assassins.
