Yep. Their sting is as strong as a bee sting though. So you could get stung over and over, if you aren't allergic. The calws are what you have to watch out for. They can split your finger-nail with little strength used

Mine is kinda calm. I fed him last night (cricket) and he dropped it a few times....and once it landed under his claw. I tapped his claw with the Thongs (you aren't supposed to leave crickets inside because they can bite the scorpion.) and he moved his claw surprisingly clamly. He eventually ate it.
And about odd pets, I love them!
I got an odd breed of dog (Great Dane) a snake, 3 ferrets, and now a scorpion. I plan to get a terriarum for my snake (look it up if you don't know what it is) and use her old tank to house either a Tarantula, Millipede, or another snake.
