"We must have our surface forces widespread and strong as we continue on to keep the planet occupied with its orbital blockade. Our forces will be given support by our ships in space. We'll initate any oribtal bomardments only if needed such as military stations, cities are too be fought with our men. A map of the planet and area's that are required for capture for complete control of the planet is being sent right now..." Revan responded as he looked on through the main window.

"Good," replied Grievous. he looked over the schematics, noticing that the terrain was mostly flat. "Excellent... My Annihilators will have no problem then..."

OOC: Just so you guys know, there is only one city on Shadow Haven, but its HUGE.

Shadow Haven's main base of operations was filling with various troops and mammoth machines. RAVEN's still filled the sky, ready to attacking any sort of arial enemy, the jamming system still in effect, aswell as the ground to space missles. Frank observed the military's actions from his personal quarters, the rest of Dead Cell gone after they came up with a plan...

"Our armies should have advantage, warfare in the cities should be no problem as well...now press on towards the planet...initiate phase one. Begin the orbital blockade.." Revan responded as he then transmitted the plans to all the other ships in his fleet. The 50 Imperial Class II Star Destroyers began to spread out, they would have to surround the planet, guard a certain sector and control it to make sure no reinforcements could break through.

They would also have to unleash their ground forces if required...And fighting a Imperial Star Destroyer one on one was usually a unwinable situation in some points. The Annihilator itself would have to command and use its sheer size and weaponry to guantee the orbirtal blockade a sucess. Once superiority is achieved, they can begin unleashing their ground forces.

In the hangars of all of Grievous' ships, Dropships loaded up on strange, four-legged droids that had a pair of huge dual blaster cannons, capable of reducing a dozen armored tanks to smoking husks in seconds. They were easily 10 meters tall, and at least a hundred of them were present. The dropships loaded their deadly cargo and prepared for attack...

"General Veers..." Revan said.

"My lord?" A viewscreen appeared, the famous and highly skilled general, in unfiorm, knowing of this campign awaited his orders.

"Prepare your troopers for the surface attack, begin the attack at once as soon as the blockade is complete..." Revan commanded.

"yes My lord..." The General bowed and headed off towards the hanger. The Imperial TIE Fighters and bombered readied themselves, getting into their ships. Clone Troopers got into their poistion, ready to deploy as soon as the go went in.

As for the Imperial Star Fleet, The Annihilator pressed on ahead, the other 50 Imperial Star Destroyers began to fan out, heading towards the direction and sector they were in charge over..

Grievous' ships headed at the planet from another location, planning on flanking the base. Knowing he would possibly encounter space resistance, he sent in a massive swarm of Vulture droids ahead of his dropships, using them as cannon fodder to protect the valuable, and deadly, cargo behind them.

"Have the Annihilator put control over the main city...move quickly and have the ships head for the zone and prepare for combat..have the droids lead the ground assualt on the main city. Surround it...destroy all resistance.." Revan replied. He knew this battle would take a rather long time, prehaps days. Even if they secured their blockade, fighting them in the streets and in the fields would truely decide the winner of the battle.

The Vulture droids soon found resistance in the form of the RAVENs. They immediately opened fire with Discord Missiles, releasing Buzz Droids all over the RAVENs. Though probably useless, the attackers would provide a useful distraction, as the dropships pushed through, and headed for the planets surface.

The Buzz Droids, meanwhile, scraped and hacked at the RAVENs' armor, trying to get through the defense.

"Sir, we have visible confirmation that the invasion force is advancing on Shadow Haven." A voice in Frank's mind said. "You know what to do..." he said calmly, watching from the window in his private quarters.

The RAVEN's remained uneffected, firing their own weaponry at the fighters. One RAVEN screeched, firing its dual lasers rapidly into the swarm of fighters, destroying any that touched the lasers, swinging around to fly straight into another, its extremely sharp wings cutting the fighter in half, the massive machine continueing its assualt along with the others of its kind.

On the ground, the REXs fired their pulse lasers, destroying more of the fighters that weren't near the swarm of RAVENs...

The dropships reached the surface unharmed, thanks to the sacrifice of the affordable Vultrue droids. Annihilator droids crawled out and immediately activated their shields, identical to those of Droidekas, though obviously more powerful. They opened fire on the REXs, pounding them with a withering amount of heavy blaster fire.

The REXs turned their attention to the other droids, a number of them unleashing their chilling, screeching roars, firing their pulse lasers at the machines, pounding their shields with heavy fire. GEKKOs poured out by the hundreds from the base, frog-jumping to the fight, firing their grenades at the smaller droids. The sheer number of GEKKOs' firepower destroyed a few of the shields, the droids inside them soon following. One of the REXs roared again, a flash emitting from its underside as a beam of pure white hot energy flew through the air, cutting into one of the larger machine's shield before piercing its metal, an explosion soon following.

Soon the Imperial Star Destroyers found themselves in their poistion...it seemed they only had fighters to counter the space threat..

"My Lord, we'll all in poistion, we have them in our grasp.." The Grand Admiral replied.

"Unleash the fighters, begain orbital bomardment of the planet surface, keep it light...I want that the enemy's morale decimated, scare them off...have the Annihilator itself personally bombard their city and prepare the ground forces" Revan commanded as the plans went into motion.

The Annihilators continued firing, reducing several REXs and dozens of GEKKOs to scrap metal in short order, simply from the sheer amount of laser fire that came from the massive droids.

Soon, more dropships appeared, pushing past the RAVENs, who were still dealing with the starfighter horde (which had now been reinforced with Tri-Fighters). They dropped off platoons of Droidekas, B2s, and B1s, as well as several dozen Ultra Battle Droids. These joined in the battle and attacked with col,d mechanical aptitude. The B3 Ultra Battle Droids used their Density Projectors to make them increase their weight by tenfold, making them nearly impossible to topple as they fired with powerful laser cannons and Plasma Cannons.

The REXs' fire never stopped, a few firing their lasers into the crowd of droids, slicing one of the large humanoid droids in half. The GEKKOs focused their fire on the smaller droids, one of them grabbing a droid and crushing it with its foot, throwing the mangled parts at another droid as it reduced another group to scrap metal with its grenades. Hordes of tanks rolled out of the base, firing their enourmous cannons at the droid hordes, destroying serval of the larger, non-shielded ones. Human troops also poured out of the base, firing various weapons at the droids, from machine guns to rocket launchers.

More droids reinforcements arrived, including more B2s and B1s, as well as several gigantic repulsorlift platforms, called Protodekas. Armed with Seeker Missiles, dual Turbolasers, and a disintegrating Seismic emitter, They were surprisingly well-equipped to handle the metal gears, despite their small numbers. They floated in close, pounding any large targets in range with all their weapons. AAT tanks also arrived, firing at the enemy tanks with their cannons.

TIE Fighters and bombers then entered the surface, attacking enemy forces as they swarmed through the sector they were as the Imperial Star Destroyer fired its guns randomly, hoping to blast any enemies as their senors and radar began to scan the surface, anything that was considered a threat would be fired upon.

The Annihilator stopped its movement the massive powerful blood red engines stopped moving as the Annihilator along with the other Star Destroyers aimed towards the surface with the Annihlator personally above the city.

"Prepare your ground forces General Veers..." Revan ordered.

"Now fire!" Revan commanded shortly after as the Annihilator fired its turbo laser batteries towards the main city...

The tanks rolled in closer, using their machine guns and main cannon to rip apart small and large targets, but were also loosing many of their own. The REXs pressed forward, their amazing armor able to let them withstand a number of heavy attacks before failing. Soon the shields of the droids began to fail by a large number, the droids themselves soon being destroyed. The troops and GEKKOs still slaughtered the smaller droids, only occasionally targetting the large ones.

The jamming system finally took effect, rendering every enemy space ship's communications and radar useless. With this, they could no longer scan the planet. The RAVENs were destroying the fighters by the hundreds, none, unlike their ground counterparts, able to pierce their armor. They advanced on the bombers attacking the ground troops, their wings making short work of anything that passed them.

Suddenly, the sky was once again filled with machines, but these weren't Metal Gears; they were jets. The hordes of jets bypassed the fighters, soon leaving the atmosphere as they approached the blinded ships, able to fight in both space and air. They began firing their lasers and rockets at the ships, manuevering and dodging to avoid counter attacks, slowly destroying the ships' weapons as the enemy fighters delt with the RAVENs...

The ground forces were gaining an advantage, pushing against the Metal Gears, infantry, and tanks. They were assisted by STAPs, Tank Droids, Homing Spider Droids, and Hailfire Droids. These behemoth ground vehicles obliterated the tanks, while the Protodekas easily took care of any REXs from close range.

Grievous' ships were, fortunately, safe in space, out of range of the jets, and their heavy weaponry could easily take care of any RAVENs that attacked. Grievous, however, was frustrated by the jamming device. He decided that he would take care of it himself, heading for the hangar and flank by his bodyguards...

"My Lord, were having dfficulity on focusing on enemy targets..jammers" The Grand admiral replied.

"Focus on them from enemy ship to enemy ship...keep shields armed and strong. Unleash the TIE Squardons, especially the TIE Phantoms, as for now, continue bomardment of the city.." Revan replied as ships focused on enemy fighters one by one using their point laser cannons using accuracy and precision.

Heavy turbo laser batteries began to bomard the enemy city rapidly, blasting anything they hit. While it was still "random" they still had thousands of weaponry as TIE Fighters moved in defense of the Star Destroyes. Ground Forces still were not ready to be deployed.
