The reporter turned back to the camera and said cheerfully "Right from the yanks themselves. With their help, the DDASF beleives that they can turn this country around and claim back what is ours." he made a final note and then signaled for the camera man to cut the feed. He turned back to the americans, grinning and saying "Nice one mates, boss is gona love this" he maneuvered back into the crowd talking to random people...

Jacob had fended off the mic wielding reporter and was retreating back towards the door of the building. His soilders were doing the same, with the exception for Rick, who was casually bragging to a reporter about his various deeds. Julliane had it easy. One of the other flight officers was thrown to the front of the line once the speech had broken up. Juliane guessing that it was yet another sign of her pending demotion...

"And you know this" David replied happily as he stepped foward as David and John did their own personal shake hand which was rather simple. John looked around, the attention was nice in a way but at the same time it was difficult for some people and it was clearly evident as John took a couple of glances towards Jacob..its either he had one to many or just did not like having like these sessions.

darkfang crept with stealth through the jungle, knowing perfectly well where he was going. A few other dragons knew where he often went to feed on cows, but they had found other hunting grounds. The panther like dragon would just charge out and kill a vow with his teeth, the attack would be very quick.

Jacob caught Johns glance and then gestured towards the main doors of the community building with his head. He wanted a private talk with the pilot about Drexler... he was still worried. He already sent Julliane after the Phoenix's payload via pager. The DDASF had taken an unexpected turn and covered up its arrival as a damaged transport chopper returning back. It seemed that they didn't want the public knowing about the autonoums dragon hunter for some reason...

John nodded, he got the idea.

"If you excuse me..." John said to David as the American Pilot headed towards the community building. He looked pretty serious and most likely something was going on. The american headed for the main doors of the community building as he awaited to see what was going on..

When Jacob reached the lobby, he turned to John and said "John, would you mind comeing with me for a moment? Just some paperwork mix up or something" There were one or two officers in the room, disscussing something in hushed voices, ignoreing both John and Jacob...

Cloud had enough of talking and lunged with his huge sword swinging down vertically upon his foe...

Jacob led John into the clossest corridor and said quickly under his breath. "Its Drexler. I think he is losing it. Its only a matter of time before sends both you and me after one of the Anceints... You know? Suicide mission where its die or defect..." He kept glanceing at the door, nervous.

Nathaneil swung his sword at the incoming sword and hit it as hard as he could to the right. He then proceeded to kick his foe.

Ryko was startled by this, but tried to remain calm. "Because, well, you have less work to do. Me and Nathaneil destroy humans inside buildings, and you destroy the vehicles. We also destroy government officials. And if you destroy all the vehicles, and we slaughter most if not all the humans, it's a lot easier than attacking the base and not being able to kill the ones alerted. A person and a small creature sneaking into a base is less likely to alert them then a huge dragon. Then you come in after most have been assasinated or whenever is best and destroy the vehicles and base eventually."

Cloud sidestepped the kick using the force of his foe's attack to spin him out of the way. He then ducked down and lunged forward bringing his sword up for an uppercut.

Hlal chuckled, I have to admit thats very tempting but what of this Nathaniel man? If hes human doesnt that mean we have to kill him to?

Nathaneil kicked the sword and then slammed his sword into it, scratching his foe's sword, coming closer to his foe's hand...

"He cant rush those type of missions...look relax, he cant risk losing you. We cant win a war by just trying to take out these ancients...we must weaken them first. Come on, he has to know that.." John replied. He could tell that these ancients were the one they ran into last time and the devastation was just...massive and without the Hydra, the harder the mission would be..

Jacob glanced around and hissed "Thats what I'm worried about. I get the feeling he thinks were... invincible... He wouldn't mean to risk me or you dying but that doesnt change the fact that we are 6 feet under..."

"Look...it will be fine. Look if anything we can talk to him, he just might be a whole lot off pressure and all" John replied, he tried to sound as "normal" as possible. He knew that these ancients were the most powerful dragons out there and fighting them was just near sucide but he had to lead his men to victory not defeat and showing disappointment despite every mission so far could hurt morale...

Jacob put up his hands passively and said "Talk to him? If you want, you can go ahead. But me? No. I like my job, I also like my head attached to my shoulders. He has NEVER acted this way before... Juliane is noticeing it aswell. Add to that, This is the first time ever that Drexler hasn't been completely honest with everyone..."

"Then what do you think we should do.." John asked. He didint have any answers, prehaps Jacob did. Still if what he was told was true, he had no choice but to make sure he could what he can to save any men's lives during the mission so they could live on, even if it meant by giving his own..

Jacob said grimly "What ever you can to prepare yourselves. At least you guys can punch out at any moment... At the moment im looking into anything that can help us avoid a dragon for period of time. Shouldn't be too difficult to find something really, the gdea verterns from Ireland had to do that all the time..." He glanced towards the door and said "Thats all I really needed to tell you..."
