Septimus smiled at the Harpy as the three in front of him prepared to leave. "Farewell, Drionach, Shimmerwing, Rainbow Feather" growled Inferno as he turned back to Septimus, a satisfied nod his only gesture to the younger Dragon, who smiled. "You did well back there, Septimus. keep it up, and chances are you'll be as great if not a greater Emperor than even your father" growled Inferno as he walked past, picking up the skull of Mortus as he looked at the caverns. "You think so?!" growled Septimus hopefully. "Sure! why not? you have the power, that's for sure. you have the personality. all you need now is the experience and skill. skill can be developed through practice and experience can be gained through training. Now, we have a small group of Rebel Orcs on the North Eastern border. they're a minor threat. they've got a very nasty habit of persisting until they're dead. so maybe they'd be good fodder for developing your fighting skills?" growled the Emperor. "Sure!" growled Septimus, getting rather excited at the thought of practicing on the Orcs. more often than not they took the Demons' side anyway, so it wasn't like he was going to feel sad putting their lives to an end. Inferno grinned as he looked at the excited young Dragon, growling "Well. it's getting late now. i think we should wait until tonight. then we can take advantage of their sleeping habits and strike while they're resting". he looked into the cave, which was warm, but not as welcoming as usual. Fieras was away overseeing the preparation of a sentry platoon to lessen the chance of invaders getting past the borders so fast, so Inferno expected that was it. "It appears we're alone for now. come on in and we'll work on some generic fire spells. chances are they're going to be rather handy in the future" growled the Emperor. Septimus nodded, quickly walking after the larger Red Dragon, the luminous white mane along his back swaying slightly, glowing with a cocktail of electricity and life energy, both inherited from his father. his red eyes seemed to glint for a moment at the thought of learning more fire spells. he had always been interested in it's powers and uses. another chance to learn more about how to use them was an exciting thought...
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
