Arqueek looked up from something he was reading, still leaning against the wall. "Oh, yes, of course." He took a last look at the planet he was looking up, then closed the book, a slightly worried look on his face. He looked over at a door and opened it. The room inside was rather plain, just a bed, a wardrobe, and a cabinet for holding his things. "Ah, this looks promising," he said, walking inside.

The Drone cruisers weapons powered down and floated infront of the Skaven ship before halting... Its ai called the ship through radio "Greetings Skaven envoy. I will be your medium of negotiation." The ships red eye glared, unblinkingly at the Skaven ship... It was mainly for show but did have some sensors in it...

The Skaven, light brown fur covering his body, nodded. "Very well. I am the envoy for my leader, Warlord Gnawdwell, as well as the rest of the Council of Thirteen."

THe canyon krayt dragon took one last drink of water, then began to head back towards it's terriotry. Krayt dragons could go without water for longer than a human could, but not endlessly. The krayt knew of the pit of carcoon and knew of the sarlaac that lived within it. Some creatures didn't watch where they put their feet and ended up becoming food for sarlaacs.

The drones sinsitr voice filled the Skaven ship "I see... Go back to your planet and tell this to your Council. Maricas demands surrender. Skav will be placed under permanet surrvalience and under supervision of the Kimrav republic. An independant coloney of Maricas. No limitations or tarriffs will be placed upon your race, other than a severe background check system for any visitors to marican controlled areas, or its allies. The council has one of your planets rotations to come to a decsicion. Failure to contact us within that time will result in ground forces being activated and bombardmant of Skav. Similar consequences will result from returning a negetive reply or any sign of hostility from your forces. Hostility extends, but isnt limited to the activation of Weapons or the detection of tracking equipment. Negotiation is acceptable, however, any attempts at secureing bargaining ground will result in severe sanctions"

"Very well," replied the Skaven, immediately sending the message back to the Council.

A few hours later, the Council was arguing vehemently. Most of the blame was on Gnawdwell and the Nightord, both of which finally agreed to take the brunt of the punishment. Gnawdwell sent a message directly to the Marican drone: "Listen, man-things, we have a proposition for you. Instead of surveying the entire planet, just monitor Clan Mors and Clan Eshin. We were the ones who attacked you. Keeping our whole planet under watch if expensive and unnecessary."

"Ships detected" came the ship Computer's voice. "Activate the scanners. let's see what they are. Jarad, i'd appreciate if you could call Arqueek and Thara for me, please" Said Serephir, who had been elaning against the wall in the control room. the other twin nodded and headed for the rooms, walking past each room as he looked for the two...

Thara was in his room, still sorting out his gear. His old firestorm submachinegun was seriously needing replacement. The two handle weapon covered in scratches with bits chipped off here and there. It was a light weapon, but could spit out alot of shots in a short time. Not too accurately, but with his targeting system, good accuracy wasn't much of a good thing...

The drone responded "Negetive. We do not trust your race. You have broken that trust. Full planetary surrvielence will be established. All airbourne vehicles attempting to leave the planet will be put to severe questioning. Trust, however, can be earned. If you chose, your armed forces would be allowed to continue as Auxilaries of the Marican military, for use in both peace keeping and defence. These forces would be linked to the Kimrav Auxilaries"

"Thara! Serephir want's a hand. something about some ships the Endeavour's detected" said Jarad as he poked his head around the door to Thara's quarters, before shooting past, repeating what he said to Arqueek, before rushing back to the control room...

With the space bugs getting picked up by hordes of fighters and combined firepower from the ships and the surface being constantly bombarded where areas of Bugs and plasma bugs were. Any plasma bugs attacks were quickly dealt with from orbit in rapid sucession as the ground and tunnels were being decimated with high percentage and wide radius plasma bombs. Gravity bombs were fired into the tunnels, heavily disrupting and causing a mini earth quake under ground.

While nukes were being planned to bomb under ground..Kaine knew he wasnt going to risk deeming it safe until complete check outs were confirmed.

The Gravity Bombs were a minor threat. They were unable to get deep enough to harm the major Arachnid troops and leaders.

Up in space, the Space Bugs were too well-armored to be destroyed by starfighters. Nevertheless, a new Arachnid had entered the fray. They looked like Ripplers, but were completely black and impossible to track with missile weapons, thanks to the complete lack of heat that was given off by them. They attacked from behind, their explosive stingers easily able to rip through TIE hulls, even those of TIE Bombers.

Arqueek nodded, leaving his stuff on the bed and heading to the bridge, curious as to what was going on.

Due to the sudden change...laser guided and radar guided weapons such as missles and overwhelming combined turbo laser and point laser cannons were used to attack the bugs. The armada at the moment used its tactics to support and aided each other. Any ship being constantly attacked was easily then defended..

The armada was severely diminished by the Space Bug assault. Their energy attacks were much more powerful than the concentrated fire from the Star Destroyers. Though the Space Bugs were also lessened in number, taking out this fleet would be almost too easy.

There was another pause, then the message: "Very well, man-things."

The drone said to the envoy "You know the time limit. The clock is ticking. We await your response." The drone waited for the envoy to leave, decideing that the skavens would need some time to consider their options.

Thara nodded, putting down the Firestorm and following the twin out. He walked into the control room, stretching. He growled lazily "Serephir, you called?"

"We have agreed with your demands," replied the message, directly from Gnawdwell. "How long will this surveillence last?"

"Yes, i did. What do you make of this?" said Serephir as he pointed at a large 3D projection that floated in the middle of the control room, over a large table, the center of which glowed white. on it, several craft were visible. some insect-like in appearance, others more traditional...

Arqueek came up behind Thara, staring thoughtfully at the ships. "Maricans?" he said.

Thara squinted at them... He recognised what they were... He growled "Arqueek is right... Maricans.... Military at that. Looks like they are dropping the hammer on some of the locals. You should stick clear of them. Maricans are alright most of the time but the military is full of as*holes"

Arqueek narrowed his eyes. "What locals, exactly? Can I have coordinates?"

Serephir looked at the projection, picking out the craft that looked odd, before saying "Computer. close in on the craft that isn't following the others' designs". the 360 degree 3D projector closed in on the craft Thara suggested was 'local', and Serephir looked at the two. "Any idea?"...
