[Zephyr]

The troopers from Biotech had taken Desh to the surface but were horrified at the sight they witnessed when leaving the alley that hid the hideout. Oh..my god..., The leader of the group looked left and right at the scattered remains of the two helicopters burning and bent out of shape. What the hell happened here. Look for survivors! The group scattered to look among the wreckage. One stayed with Desh to make sure he stayed unconscious, but something landed on his head. He put his hand on and felt wetness. He brought his hand down and saw a red stain. He looked up and their pierced and pinned with a lead pipe to the wall of the alley, one of the troopers who had stayed to gaurd the helicopters. Oh sh*t, another troopr shouted from behind one of the copters. Another trooper buried under rubble with half is head torn off and his neck shredded open. What the! Suddenly a black shadow passed ovehead and the trooper spun around and shot at the air. In an instant a tentacled object shot out from behind the trooper grabbed him by the neck and snapped it. There was yelling as the rest of the troopers began unloading at the creature but the darts that they were armed with could barely pierce its tough hide, and with lightning speed it lunged forward tearing 5 trooperes to shreds, leaving their disemboweled corpses as it moved on to the other troopers.

In moments it was all but over as the commander tried to escape with Desh. Suddenly the dark form leaped and landed in front of him...Tribrid. The commander stared in horror at its hulking form. He began to raise his gun, but before he could get it pointed at the abomination there was a swift movement and the mans head was sent flying as a geyser of blood shot up and his body collapsed.

Now their was no movement, and Tribrid looked around for several long seconds. Not noticing Desh unconsious for he too was motionless. With a snort like growl Tribrid took off on his four dark wings leaving the area soaked in blood and burning...

[Shade]

Diana jumped at the voice, but remained calm. It could be one of the guys we're looking for, she thought, but just in case she reached for her handgun.

Fitz breathed a sigh of releif and shouted "Jaden? You got a light? I'm completely blind over here..." He wished there was some way to turn on the lights, but chances are all power to the bunker had been cut...

[Shade]

Diana smiled. "I'm not, but a light wouldn't hurt," she said and chuckled. She relaxed enough to get her hand off the handgun and lay to rest at her side.

[Anaclagon]

"Just this flashlight.." Jaden said, he reached around through the gear he carried but he grabbed it and switched on. He did not like using it in this situation considering the fact they may be enemies still in the area and he was only able to kill some troopers due to their constaly moving outline.

Jaden glanced around as he flashed his flashlight around in one hand, his other hand gripping his blade.

[Shade]

"Watch where you're aiming that!" Diana protested as the flashlight was aimed at her face. "You could blind someone!" And she raised her hand to her face.

Fitz sighed with releif and walked over towards Jaden, the beam of light falling onto him. He said "That should do... Any idea where Trix is? Her scent is here... but it could just be lingering...." He was worried about her, what if they had taken her away? like the most likely had done with Desh.

[Anaclagon]

"We better go and look for her..its best if we stay together..they'll pick us out one by one if we spread out.." Jaden replied. A sword wasnt going to do much..he should have at least gotten a SMG from Desh when he had the chance, the rapid firing weapon would have helped cut down enemy numbers.

[Shade]

"Hey, don't forget about me!" Diana said walking up to the twosome. "Since I've no idea how to get out, I'll have to follow you and plus I think I owe it to Desh to find this other friend of yours'."

Fitz looked over at the female vampire, not having seen her face before now. He said in a tone of confusion "Err, not to be rude, but who are you?"
He gave Jaden a quick nod of agreement before turning back to the other vampire...

[Shade]

"Name's Diana, I came down here to investigate an interesting smell," Diana said and took a whiff of the air. "I think I just found it," she said and took a cautious step toward Jaden, still sniffing the air like a bloodhound.

[Anaclagon]

Jaden placed his blade towards Diana...ready to thrust it through her neck as he focused the flash right towards her face with lighting fast refleces.

"I think you better keep your fangs too yourself..." Jaden had more weapons on him that can simply be activated with a twitch of his fingers..

[Shade]

"Easy tiger, I already ate," Diana teased as she raised her hands in mock surrender and started to back away. "Now that my thirst for knowledge has been quenched, let's find this other friend of your's and get out," she said.

Fitz nodded cautiously, decideing she wasn't to be trusted after her move towards Jaden, despite him makeing a similar one earlier. He wasn't thinking straight. he nodded and walked foreward, saying in a loud whissper "Trix? You here?"

Trix was up against the wall, her head pounding... Someone was calling her, but she wasn't that stupid. Those idiotic troopers will never catch her here!

[Anaclagon]

"Trix! its us!" Jaden shouted. Maybe he was overracting but right now..he just wanted to get moving and not stay in one place for too long. His frustration was starting too mount.

[Shade]

Diana started turning around in a circle sniffing the air when she stopped. She did smell something, a sickeningly sweet scent that made her want to gag! It reminded her of Siete when she was changed, he had smelled sickeningly sweet. Like his personality, she thought bitterly.

Trix tried to stand up, she had to escape these people... She realised her hands were bound and she groaned in fustration, still disorintated. Fitz walked cautiosly over to the sound and found her lying on the ground. He shook his head and then hauled her to her feet. She said in a hoarse whissper "Fitz? is that you? You should be carefull! One of those military dudes was calling me a second ago.. probably still here..."

He sighed and turned around, shouting back to the others "Found her, though she is makeing as much sense as a flying worm."

[Anaclagon]

"Oh that makes alot of sense.. " Jaden began to walk on towards Trix but he glanced around..soo far soo good..

[Shade]

Diana walked over to Fitz and knelt down beside Trix. "That's not new, somebody beat her up pretty bad, I remember once when I was pounded I couldn't tell up from down for a few days," she said remembering once when Siete had beaten her senseless and when she finally snapped.

OOC: for the record, there is different types of vampires as all vampire tales differ slightly. (eg: dracula going around in a cape and changeing into a bat, being afraid of holy water and stuff. Darren Shan, almost like ordinary people with no weakness to garlic and stuff)

Fitz picked her up and put her over his shoulder. He said to the others "Com'on, lets get out of here... This place gives me the creeps..." This wasn't the first time he had to carry her out of somewhere. More than once she had gotten too Drunk to find her own way back home. At least this time he didn't have to worry about the after effects of a vampire of his strain takeing mortal food or drink. He had never done so, but he had seen the effects of it before and after that, decided that an ordinary hangover wasn't so bad afterall.
