Jones was too busy fighting Bootstrap to hear Adeline's words, tossing his crew member around like a rag doll. as Bootstrap charged again, planning to impale Davy, the cursed Captain caught him by the shirt and heaved him into a corner on the deck, locking him in place using his arm as a bar. "Ye'll not forestall my judgement-ta!" yelled Jones as he raised his claw, ready to kill Boostrap. just as he went to strike, he froze with a gasp. he turned around to see James, holding Yuke's hand around his own Dagger, which was stabbed through a barnacle-covered heart. Davy gasped in pain, his face contorted, before straightening, hi skin seemingly going pale as he looked up at the stormy sky above, thunder booming overhead, lightning tearing through the sky. "C....Calypso" he muttered as he looked up sorrowfully, before faling over the railing and down into the depths of the maelstrom. James looked at his old friend, a single tear in his eye over the loss of a man who he considered a brother. he then looked up to see the crew walking towards him, Adeline and their dead friend, all of them muttering in a droning voice. "Part of the Ship. Part of the Crew" they said in unison, chanting it as they closed in around them...

"She's pullin us down! Break us free or it's the locker for us all!" yelled Barbossa to the crew on the Pearl, as the Reaper steered out of the storm, Nathan at the wheel...

James stood up, grabbing ahold of Adeline and running for Jack, Will and Elizabeth, all of which were grabbing hold of ropes attached to a loose part of the ship's sails. "Hold on!" called Jack as he shot a rope, which let loose a weight which catapulted them all [including Jack the Monkey who had managed to get ahold of a rope just in time] along with the canvas off of the ship, Will struggling against Jack's grip. "We can't leave him!" he said. "Will, your father will be fine. they have a captain and....gills and stuff! you'll see him again! if we'd stayed down there we'd've been fish food, and i'm not 'anging around for that! and neither are you if you want to have your bonny lass for a nice long life and 'appy marriage, savvy?" argued Jack. Will sighed, annoyance obvious in his face. but he was right. as the maelstrom finally subsided, the group and their gliding bit of canvas were set down in the water, long boats from the Reaper and Pearl going to take them to their ships. James climbed into one Long Boat with one of his crew members, helping Adeline aboard as Elizabeth, Jack and Will got aboard the other, and both boats headed for their respective ships as the Endeavour could be seen floating out of the armada in the distance...

Adeline couldn't believe what happened on the Dutchman and what happened throughout the maelstorm fight. Eric was dead, and now Yuke was gone. She sighed and tried to hold back crying as much as possible, but it was useless. "He was...he was part of us, we were supposed to all be together," she babbled and looked up at James for a minute, eyes glistening with wetness from the tears before looking out at the ocean. What was going to happen next? The battle still wasn't over. There was the Endeavour.

"I...I know" he simply said, his head lowered in grief and mourning over his lost friend. as the boats reached the ships, James climbed out, and walked towards the wheel, looking around as he saw the crew throwing EITC soldiers overboard....oddly enough, there wasn't a single cursed Pirate among the dead. Could they have all survived and got on the Dutchman like that? he thought as he went to the wheel, eyeing the Endeavour with a blazing hatred. onboard that vessel was the man that caused all of this pain and suffering...the man who captured Jones, the man who commanded him to do what he did, the man who forced his rule over the Caribbean...

"...Flood the sails and lay her in irons!" called Jack on the Pearl. "Belay that! or we'll be a sittin' duck!" said Barbossa. "Belay that "belay that"!" said Jack. "But Cap'n...!" started Gibbs as Jack continued. "Belay!" he said as Gibbs tried to interrupt again, saying "But the Armad..." he started as jack cut him off again, saying "Belay!". "But the Endeav..." started Gibbs again as Jack yelled "Belay!". "But it..." started Gibbs yet again as Jack yelled "No!". as Gibbs opened his mouth to start again, Jack just said "Shut it!". he then turned away and walked towards the bow, holding onto the rigging, the crew finally listening...

"...What are they doing?" said the Luitenant of the Endeavour, bewildered at the Pearl's halt. "He expects us to honour our agreement" said Beckett, a thin, small, cold smirk appearing on his face. the order was given to roll out the guns, the massive ship's compliment of 109 guns being run out in preparation to destroy the Pearl and with it, the Pirates' hopes of winning the battle. "It's nothing personal, Jack...it's just good business" he said simply as if staring Jack in the face, as the Endeavour drifted forward, it's starboard broadside aligned with the Pearl and Reaper, slowly drifting forward as they prepared for a point blank side-by-side shot...

"Those ******** plan to over power us...Load the guns and have them ready!" called James from the wheel, planning his moves very carefully, though the recent blow of losing his best friend had severely impaired his ability to think properly. he wrapped an arm around Adeline, holding her close. they were both somewhat delicate at the moment after losing their friend...

Suddenly, the Flying Dutchman emerged from the waves a short distance from the Pearl and Reaper, the crew seemingly free from the curse, the grime falling off the hull as the demonic faces on the sides were turned into golden Lions, the Reaper figurehead falling off and into the sea, along with most of the jagged spikes that made up the bow. "Full canvas and ready the guns!" called a familiar voice on deck as Yuke walked up behind the wheel of the Dutchman...

The tears continued to run down Adeline's face. Her head was buried in James' coat. However, when she heard James' ordered to the crew, she looked up at him and raised an eyebrow. "But James...we have no chance. We're going to-" She stopped when a familiar voice broke out. "Oh my god...it can't be," she whispered as she ran out of James' grip and toward the rail. Her face was full of surprise and happiness when she saw the Dutchman sailing, and its captain. It looked almost like a normal ship now, and the crew...the crew were different! Running dots of actual men were on there.

"Ah, she survived" said Beckett almost carelessly. it appeared the battle would go exactly as he had planned...the Pearl would be sunk, the Pirates' spirits crushed, and the the entire Pirate armada captured and or destroyed...

James walked to the railings, staring happily at his friend, now standing at the wheel of the Dutchman. "Full canvas and ready the guns!" called James, repeating his previous order to kick the crew's attention back to preparing for the oncoming Ship of the Line. it seemed the tables were about to turn sharply in their favour...

"Full canvas!" called Jack on the Pearl as the guns were drawn in and loaded. "AYE! Full canvas!" called Barbossa, for once being the one to copy what JACK did, rather than the other way around...

"You still doubt we'll win this?" asked James happily as he put an arm on Adeline's shoulder...

The Dutchman moved forward as it turned so it was parallel with the Pearl and Reaper, heading towards the Endeavour...

Adeline couldn't stop smiling and crying at the same time, though now her tears were slowing down. "Nope, not one bit," she answered, continuing to gaze at the Dutchman in amazement. "You were right in making that command out to the crew. Let's get this powdered poodle and show him who really is in control!" She was excited and crossed her fingers, hoping for the best. This is the end!

Beckett stood there, confused. a mere few seconds ago the entire situation was under his control. suddenly, his world had been thrown into chaos. now the Dutchman, of all ships, was against him, along with TWO Pearls...

The Dutchman and Pearl lined up alongside the Endeavour, the order being given to fire the guns. a storm of iron was fired into the hull as the two ships drifted past, the Reaper drifting close behind, firing it's own volleys into the ship, James staring right at the well dressed man on the burning, splintered deck that was undoubtedly Beckett, a cold, satisfied grin on his face as an explosion engulfed the entire ship just as they passed. James manouvered the Reaper between the Pearl and Dutchman, the three ships sailing forward as the East India Trading Company Armada turned around, retreating now that their Admiral was dead and no one could lead them, their most powerful ship blown apart so easily by the three legendary pirate ships before them...

"They're turnin' away!" called Marty the Midget, standing in the crow's nest. the Pearl's crew immediately erupted in cheers, the Reaper soon following, James grinning at the victory as the thundering cheers of the entire Pirate Armada could be heard, the sight of the enemy armada's retreat having been seen by them too...

Rainbow landed on James' shoulder, twittering cheerfully before squaking "Drink up me hearties yo ho!"...

"Mr Gibbs!" said Jack. "Aye cap'n?!" responded Gibbs as he looke over to the Captain who was standing by the wheel. "You may throw my hat if you like" said Jack as he took off his hat and gave it to Gibbs. "Aye, Aye cap'n!" said Gibbs cheerfully as he threw the hat into the air over the deck, along with the dozens upon dozens of others belonging to the crew. "Hurray!" yelled Gibbs, laughing cheerfully just as Jack said "Now go and get it". the grin was immediately wiped off of Gibbs' face as he looked at where he had thrown it, and proceeded to look for the Captain's most prized part of his "effects". meanwhile, down on deck, Ragetti and Pintel were staring at two really clean looking Pirates who were behaving really oddly, saying random Pirate phrases that were almost never used, in places where they didn't belong. the two looked at eachother, Pintel shrugging and Ragetti laughing, as the two continued to cheer in celebration at the victory...

James looked happily at Adeline. "It's finally over" he said as he sighed with relief...

Adeline laughed and hugged James after all was finally over. The Endeavour was blown to pieces, and Beckett was gone forever, never to return. The threat was over and the pirates won! There were shouts heard all around coming from other pirates on different ships and there was plenty of celebrating. She watched with a grin on her face as the crew on James' ship danced around and cheered. "Everything, over. What a relief," she exclaimed happily and sighed. She thought about the people that had to die in order to keep the freedom of piracy, of what they loved most. "This day should be remembered," she said more quietly.

"In a few hundred years time, mothers will be telling their children stories of the brave men and women who fought for freedom away from the rule of empires. we'll be legends...all of us!" said James cheerfully. "But best of all...regardless of all the fame we'll gain from this....we have our LIVES....to enjoy in whatever way we wish" he said as he held Adeline close. "And i know for a fact that this is how i wish to live my life...right here" he added with a grin as he looked Adeline in the eyes...

"The boat's waiting, Mr. Turner....go and make up for all those years you weren't with your son" said Yuke as he looked at the older Pirate with a grin. "Aye, Cap'n" said the man with a grin, nodding thankfully to his new, and, as of now, former captain. he walked towards the ladder going down to the water, and climbed down into the Long boat, which was tied to the Dutchman with a rope, to be retrieved when Bootstrap had crossed. he got into the long boat, and started rowing, soon reaching the Pearl. as he climbed aboard, he was greeted by Jack and Will, Elizabeth by his side. "Welcome back, mate" said Jack as he reached a hand forward, which Jack gladly accepted, the two chaking hands as Jack suddenly drew his hand away, inspecting his palm carefully and rubbing it. "It's not going to turn black again, is it?" said Jack, to which everyone laughed. "No, Jack. those days are gone for good" said Bootstrap with a chuckle. Will looked at him, saying "It's been too long a wait...i think it's time we had a long talk about what the devil was going on all those years ago". he laughed at his son's words, finally saying "Indeed it is. let's find ourselves some place quieter...i have a feeling we're going to be talking for a looooooooooooong time". he then headed below deck, Will and Elizabeth following, finding themselves a peaceful spot to talk while the crew above cheered in celebration...

Adeline smiled warmly at him. "I love that," she answered honestly and gazed into James' eyes. In the end, it was all worth it. She couldn't wait to start a new life with him and maybe even perhaps a new grand adventure. "I love you James," she whispered as she melted into his lovely eyes. "I always will love you, no matter what."

James smiled as his face came closer to Adelines as he said finally "I love you too"...

With the battle won, and the East India Trading Company defeated, Davy Jones dead and the Kraken killed with him, it appeared a new Golden Age of Piracy was to rise as a result...

Its been some small time since the Guardian and its escorts set out to sea. Nothing, no sign of pirates anywhere. Its been about a day or so just checking the area, looking for anything out of the ordinary and there was nothing, same old sea. Considering that his massive warship was quite slow, it was pretty obvious that he would not be able to catch up to that pirate vessel considering it had a entire night ahead of it, prehaps even more. The Guardian was made for combat, not pursuit...chances are it could have been anywhere unless he was lucky and the pirate vessel actually sank considering the massive damage it sustained. Still no wreckage or anything.

The Admiral shook his head...chances are they should just turn around.

Storm sighed as they reached land. Blood Bath Bay was a secluded Pirate port, only the most informed and prying sea scum knew about it. "Are you sure about this, I mean you and Xavier never really did get along," Cosimo said as he tyed down a sail. "He is one of us, the leader of us, he has to do what he can to make sure I stay aloft!" Storm said grudgingly. Out of the 13 members of her group, Xavier was not her favorite, he was the leader, yes, but he used on a daily basis to boss Storm around, because she was only Second in Command...

Adeline sighed happily and kissed James on the cheek. Then, she started to go into thinking mode, pacing back and forth. "You know," she said while pacing and continued. "We should have a huge celebration with music, rum, dances, talk, women, and everything. The battle is finally over and Beckett's dead, plus look at all of the crew and the other pirates around." She smiled and clapped her hands together. Her eyes twinkled, as if she had a brilliant idea. "Let's sail to some island, any island...and how about we try to get all the pirates together for this? Hm, or we can try to sail to Tortuga or Shipwreck Cove." She finally stopped her pacing and waited for an answer from James.

The Admiral sighed, the Guardian would be back in the Port, he thought he would be longer but considering he did not encounter any vessels at all and no sign of his intended target, his little patrol was somewhat useless but it was nice to be back in the seas again without fighting. A nice calm cruise around the Carribean..

Well at least were back in society..thats what most of the men were thinking. The massive Ship of the Line along with its escort continued to cruise around as their men relaxed, getting away from it all was somewhat enjoyable but John had a mission and dedication too and that was to protect Port Royal.

If anything, defenses werent a problem...there where was numerous English Galleons there along with a large elite garrison and his brother, the Commondore was there as well. Not that big of a problem..

James chuckled. "Women, eh?" he said almost accusingly. he then got serious and said "Well, there's no room on Shipwreck Cove. Tortuga could be good, but we need to actually get the other Pirates' attention. personally, i think it's best just to get going and have our own celebration rather than sticking around for one that could end up with everyone stealing everyone else's ships. we're all Pirates, after all. now the threat's gone, everyone's against everyone else...at least...as soon as everyone's cleared out of here and gone their seperate ways"...

"Orders, Cap'n?" said one of the crew, waiting for Jack's word, Barbossa for now absent, going below deck to rest after the battle. wild and nearly mad though he may be, he was still human, and was exhausted after the long battle and even longer travel they had done to retrieve Jack and put an end to Jones. "Set course for Tortuga" said Jack, looking down to the deck to find Gibbs still piling through hats, trying to find Jack's. he saw Gibbs stand up, dusting a particularly raggy dark brown, worn one, bringing it to him. "Thank you, Gibbs" he said as he put the hat on his head, before proceeding to the Captain's Cabin...

"Hm, ok then, a celebration for us and...oh but what about Yuke?" She frowned a little. He could only go on land once every ten years, now that he was captain of the Flying Dutchman. She looked down and twiddled her fingers. "It won't be the same without him," she mumbled. "How are we going to pillage and plunder without the, the old trio?" They were almost like a small family of sorts. "I can't believe how much time has passed since I first met you and Yuke."

James sighed as he looked over to the Dutchman, only to see it diving below the waves. he looked at Adeline and said "Well. he seems to be taking to his life fairly well...". with a sigh he watched as the tip of the main mast went under water. "I just hope he'll remember us. We can only live on and get on without him...he can't come along with us anymore"...

"Maybe he will remember us," said Adeline thoughtfully, rubbing her chin. She chuckled a little as she thought about how Yuke will be in the future, drinking and enjoying his new life. "He gets to sail on the seas for eternity, he's probably plan to have a ship full of rum and maybe even some chocolate milk. By the way, we have to get some more of that too...I kind of miss the taste of it. At least there's no undead monkey to mess with it, Rainbow could probably get in it though."

James grinned. "Yeah...i've been missing the flavour of it" he said. "That reminds me..there's something else i've been missing the flavour of". with that, James looked down at the ladder leading into the Captain's cabin, a double-slanted glass roof covering it, making it double as a skylight. he wondered whether the Rum Cabinet was still intact. "want to go the quick way or the comfortable way?" asked James...
