"Hm chances are you're ri-" Adeline stopped when a beer bottle came flying past. What the hell.. She narrowed her eyes at a woman who was shouting at James. "Oi, what are you doing crazy woman, you nearly got me and James!"

"shut it, Wench!" called the woman back as 3 familiar looking thugs stumbled to her sides. "Oi! you three! What did i tell you about letting her push you around?! you pathetic stooges would do better hauling a wagon around carrying some aristocratic pig!" called James, the three men looking at eachother, then at the woman, who stared at them worriedly, before exploding in a storm of curses at them, looking at James and yelling at the top of her voice. As one of the three fools withdrew from the woman fearfully, he turned at James and ran at him, carrying a bottle of rum in one hand and a sword in the other. before he could blink James had his pistol aimed at his forehead, saying calmly "Mate..what's worse? being yelled at by some woman you could probably drag into any brothel in Tortuga and have your way with, or getting your head blown off by someone who killed Davy Jones AND escaped the Locker?". the man suddenly froze, the rum pouring out of the upside down bottle as the man stared fearfully, before stuttering "y...yo...you're lyin'" said the man. "Believe what you like, mate. it's the truth though...have a look at the circular marks on the Reaper's hull if you don't believe me...marks from the Kraken's tentacles" said James simply. the man backed away and returned to the others, who then charged at James, who sighed and shot one in the foot before grabbing the pair of them and smacking their heads into eachother, tossing them both aside. "Now...do you want me to feed you to my Bo'sun or will you leave and let me get on with my work?" he said simply to the woman. "An' wot's your bo'sun, ey? a dog?" she said as Raphael walked up, holding up his broadsword which had a real human skull attached to the hilt of it. "That's what's left of his last meal. decided to decorate his sword with it" commented James, Raphael smirking evilly. the woman stumbled back and fell over, her overly decorated face contorting as her eyes seemingly poked out of her head in fear, as she struggled to her feet and ran, James just chuckling as he turned back to Adeline and said "I think i remember telling you about her...that's the second time she did that to me...it seems that's how she welcomes people", before looking over at Raphael and saying "Thanks". "No problam captin" said the massive dark skinned man deeply in his typical strong jamaican accent, chuckling in amusement. despite it being true, it was always fun to see the looks on others' faces when James mentioned him. alot of them had it in their heads that he was a thick, illiterate african animal. they'd probably go green if they ever found out he probably knew more than they did both in language and in general knowledge...

"Can we allow this? that defeat was a disgrace" john said, still angry..frustrated annoyed and embarssed. It was like every since them his mind ate at him..he felt defeat. The dreaded painful news...

"What can we do, we do not know their location..who knows what has happened" The Commondore replied back at the Admiral's office..John demanding something must be done.

"No..prepare the ships, I want the guardian and four others to go with me.." John stood up as he began to walk towards the port, his hands clenched in a fist.

"To where sir..?" The Commondore asked, looking at his brother, this was unexpected and John prehaps had just lost it. Losing all sense of his calm composure.

"Tortuga..that lawless place is bound to be full of them..I want that place..burned.." John said, his eyes dead foward as he continued walking towards the port..

Even if pirates who hadnt participated in the battle where there..this was suppose to make an example..

Cosimo smiled as he caught sight of Tortuga just ahead of them. "Land HO!!" he called, he looked down and saw Storm scowl. "Sorry always wanted to say that," he said sheepishly. Storm turned and looked through her spyglass. "As soon as we hit docks, I'm going ashore with a few men, since you've failed to keep my ship safe in the past, Cosimo, you will stay with the ship!" she ordered.

Adeline was about to give the woman a piece of her mind when she went forward to take her sword out, but she stopped as James started to talk to the three men who were stumbling their way over to her side. That wench better watch her tongue, she thought angrily as she watched the scene play out. James had them frightened when he described how he managed to escape from Davy's Locker and killing Jones. Adeline smirked a little as he said this, then jumped a little when he shot one of them men that was charging in the foot. When the three men and woman were finally gone, she chuckled and shook her head. "Yes, I remember you telling me about how she was chasing you...that woman has to watch her tongue." She glared at the spot where the woman last stood and took her hand off the handle of the sword.

Storm watched the men roll barrels of rum and gunpowder up to the docks. She had easily relieved some money from the people walking by, just enough for a few drinks. She walked toward the nearest tavern and ordered a whole bottle of whiskey. Something to drown the sorrows, she thought pitifully.

"And that's how your typical Prostitute acts around here" said James matter of factly, before walking further into the Pirate port, stopping for a moment to look back at the Dauntless, now under the command of Andrew Hawk, Yuke's former First Mate and a good man. the massive ship was left outside of the curved, 3/4 circle like bay of Tortuga, seeing as it's size made entry impossible without risking collision with the rocks, which were at the tight entrance to the bay and formed a death trap to any ship too large or heavy to pass over them...

"That's great," Adeline mumbled. "Next time one of those women say something else, I'll run them down with my sword." She smirked evily and took out her cutlass. "Hm, no that's too cruel...maybe a good threatening would be better." She put her sword back in it's sheath and stopped when James stopped to look back at what used to be Yuke's shi[. Adeline put her hand on James' shoulder and smiled. "Come on, what do you think he's doing now?"

"Honestly? i'd take a chance and bet he's raiding some fat juicy merchant ship and looting all the rum and ale on board" he said with a laugh as he walked on through the small Pirate Town, heading for the Shipyard...

"And then drinking all the rum, glad that he doesn't have to share it with anyone else," said Adeline with a laugh as she imagined Yuke sitting in the captain's cabin, drowning himself in rum. When they got to the shipyard, she went to look at some of the ships. They weren't as good as ones from other ports, so she shrugged them off.

Cosimo sighed as the men returned to the ship and there was no Captain Storm. They all claimed she had walked to a tavern and still hasn't come out. "Orders, schmoders!" he said. "I'm going to look for her you men guard the ship!" He shook his head as he walked away from the shipyard with the pure white MoonDust bobbing in the waves.

James chuckled before walking over to the Shipwright, who immediately said "Jaaaames! me ol' par'ner! 'ow's business goin' fer ya?". "Not bad...just pulled myself out of the locker and chopped a certain cursed, squidfaced, Kraken Wielding Pirate to bits" he said with a chuckle as the man's eyes widened. "Yer jokin' righ'?" responded the man. "All true except i didn't litterally chop Jones to bits...had me good friend Yuke stab the heart" said James as he looked over at the numerous ships in Dry Dock. "Why Yuke?" asked the man. "Long story. Anyway, i'm here for some repairs...that last battle gave me ship a battering and i'm looking to have her patched up....PROPERLY" said James. the man nodded. "Don' you worry abou' a think, ma'e. She'll be ready ta sail in a day or two!" he said before sending off a couple of smaller luggers to tow the Reaper into the Dock for repairs. James looked over at Adeline, saying "Nothing you fancy?"...Meanwhile, Raphael was waiting for the Reaper to come into dock, under orders to guard the Captain's Cabin while repairs were being made...

Adeline scrunched up her nose and shook her head. "Nope, better off at the next port or something," she stated. "These ships don't look very good...they could use a bit more repairs and maybe something to look a bit shinier."

James shrugged. "Well wot do you expec'? We're on'y Pirates!" said the Shipwright, James chuckling at the comment. "He's right Adeline". he looked over to his old friend and said "I trust you NOT to go pilfering your weasely guts out on my ship". "Don' worry about it! there's one thing i got into the Shipwright's business for and it ain' the money!" responded the man, James chuckling before walking out with Adeline, heading for the Tavern, desperately needing Rum and a good rest...

Little to Cosimo's knowledge, Storm left the tavern and was now skimming the shipyards looking at the pathetic ships that bobbed there. She was also listening to the Shipwright's conversation with the couple and scoffed. "You want to see a ship, look down a few ships!" she said nodding to her pure white pride and joy the MoonDust.

Adeline chuckled. "I'm sorry James," she said between laughs and calmed down. "Hm, I don't know what kind of ship I want for now...I'll just stay on yours, that is if you don't mind." After saying that, she heard the girl speak. She observed her ship and rubbed her chin. "It looks pretty fine.."

James looked over at the girl, then at the white ship in the bay, chuckling. "That little Dinghy? good looking? perhaps. fast? maybe. capable of lasting in a difficult battle? not really. the Reaper would have it at the bottom of the ocean in a minute or less!" he said...

Storm chuckled and took another swig of whiskey. "If you could find it," she said and smiled wickedly, again tipping the bottle to take another swig.

Adeline blinked and shook her head. "Find it? The ship looks like an easy target for the british, I mean it's white!"

James chuckled. "The only thing more obvious than that, would be something bigger, painted the same colour" he said with his arms crossed, having decided to hang around and listen to what this young Captain had to say...
