Nguvu meanwhile, had entered the midst of the undergrowth, bushes and trees surrounding him, the loud calls of monkeys and birds having died down with the approach of night, the songs of insects taking over, clicks and chitters and even whistling sounds coming from all around. Nguvu, once he was sure he was well away from the cave, he thought over the day's events. so many things swirled in his mind it was bordering on driving him insane. Amani had come on startlingly strongly, as if actually racing for his affections. Uzuri on the other hand kept to herself and seemed not to even notice the events. if she had, she probably had it in her head that her sister liked him. that in turn, would make things more difficult for him, as the one he wanted now thought he didn't want her, or otherwise felt that she may hurt her sister if she truly did share feelings for him. that was another issue. did she even notice him? had she any idea he felt for her? Amani by this point probably thought he DID have feelings for her. the lion sighed, closing his eyes tightly as if trying to crush the thoughts, so he could focus on hunting. opening his eyes, the lion proceeded to move silently through the jungle, searching for prey...
