I started this pic two days ago and only just now finished it. @_@ It was the coloring and shading that killed me really, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

See if you can spot the small style changes. XP There aren't that many and they're not that big, but I'm probably going to keep them.

...Is it me, or does that look like an image of Feline Hell?

Anyways... the two cats in the background seem to have more detail done to them than the ones in the foreground... That's all I really noticed in terms of diffrence.

Just looked at the pic and all I can say is Wooooooooooaaaaaaaaaah!

hmm...style changes.....Eye shine's using shine colours similar to the eye colour, rather than just white and the 'glow' effect of the iris around the pupil. nice touch. Fur drawing changes, I think. Tigerstar looks fluffier than I remember you drawing him [or is that Hawkfrost? I honestly can't tell. they look alike, the colour scheme resembles your Hawkfrost, but the scars are throwing me off]. I'm noticing some colour differences in the lips of the cats in the background [which for now, I'll assume are Firestar and Tigerstar]. also, I see you've improved your work on dog teeth. nicely done with the angry dog on the right. gives a very ugly mug. then there's the grass, though I don't think it really counts as a style change so much as it does an increase in detail via more squiggles .

so. that's what I can see. care to tell me what I missed?

KP: Yes, Firestar and Tigerstar. I was being a warriortard when I drew this. XD Though now that you mention it, he does look too much like Hawkfrost. *facepalm* Maybe I'll go back and change Hawky's design up a bit too.

All it really takes to get good is practice, practice, and more practice. Find a style of art you like and are comfortable with and...go nuts! XP The technique and personal style come with time. it's taken me most of my life to get to where I am now, and I still have a long way to go. You've really got to stick with it and be open to suggestions and improvement, and especially to criticism. Other people can spot the errors in your work more easily than the artist can.

As for drawings like this, maybe so. I kind of have to be in the right mood to draw them though, otherwise I give up on them and they sit on my computer until I finally delete them. XP

That's a bit of a shame,if drawn fully they could have been real masterpieces
