James nodded, and looked at the Robed Captain, and said "Well, my dear Cap'n, I'm afraid your worthless to me now, so im afraid i have nothing left to say to you. Tell Davy Jones i said Hello!". he then pulled his main golden double barreled pistol out and shot the man, the shot hitting him square between the eyes. James smiled and said "Goldy! Deadeye! bring in the children!". at that, 2 pirates, one whose mouth contained a set of gold teeth, the other having a black eyepatch, behind which was a plain grey eye, came in with 5 young boys, and a teenager, probably only 13 years old, who were obviously French. James said "Well look what we have here. do you want to see your parents again, kiddies?". the 2 backed away from him slightly, and James looked at Adeline, whose presence had soothed the children a bit. James said "Take these kids aboard the ship and make sure they are fed Immediately. make sure they have water, not rum, got it? and make sure they have some lemons. a couple of them look like they might be coming down with Scurvvy soon". the 2 crewmen nodded, and they led the boys away. James said "Well mates, loot everything on the ship that's worth something, and then light a gunpowder trail leading to the gunpowder room on THIS ship. remember, THIS ship, mates, not ours. we need that to collect a handsome ransom from the governor of Port Au Prince". a crew member looked at James and said "Ransom, Cap'n?". James said "Well, these men were either kidnappers wanting some money in return, or were doing something else. assuming they were the former, there will be a ransom, which will come in the form of a reward when we hand the children in". Raggetti said "Me eye!", as he had finally gotten hold of it. he put it back into his empty eyesocket, and started looking around the room for a better substitute. The crew laughed at his exclamation a bit, before starting to move around looking for loot. James walked off to the Noire Diamant [the Pearl's French cover name], the battle havig messed him up, made him thirsty, and given him a couple of small scratches on his chest...
"Ah yes, organised chaos. the sign of a clever but ever-busy mind. To the perpetrator, a carefully woven web of belongings and intrigue, but to the bystander? Madness!"
